The providers did an great job on the carpets. I was informed of stains and whether they could be removed, at least for the services that I paid for. Also, explained reasons why they clean an inch away from hardwood and antiques, which I appreciated. I really got more than I paid for, based on having other carpet cleaners in. The improvement in service I would suggest, I was very protective of my wood floors. I didn't know that they were going to need to bring water in from my kitchen, some splilage happended, as well as some of the chemicals were set on my floor. When I let them know that know that the spillage had happened and the chemicals should be moved to the rug, they did immediatly and offered to wipe up the water, as well as was very appologetic. I am very careful of my wood floors and they respected my concerns. I would suggest that with a new customer explain what they do when they call so I could have protected more of my wood floors. Other than that I would have them back the next time.
