I had my carpet cleaned, and a chair by this company. Each room they cleaned had stains, and I told them this when I made the appointment. They discussed with me about the rotovac that they use when there are stains. It does cost more when the rotovac is used, but I am so glad that I agreed to it. The carpets looked great, and all the stains where gone. The chair I had done was pretty dirty and stained due to being in storage for awhile. It also looked great when they were done. I was very Impressed. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We set the time for one and they were on time. I am so use to all the other companies I have used, having to leave my front door open so they can strech their hose from their truck to the house. This company has a cleaning machine that comes inside with them. They took the time to tell me how everything works, and about the rotovac that they used. They were very knowledgable, and very nice. When they were finished, they wanted to know that I was very pleased with their work before they left.
